    DAY/EVENING CLASS COURSES

    These are five week courses which are held over five consecutive weeks.

    These courses are designed to cover a broad range of skills and focus on recipes that are suitable for informal, easy entertaining and simple-to-prepare suppers. Each person will cook three recipes each class.

    All you need to bring is an apron and lots of containers in which to transport your creations home. Everything else will be provided.

    ONE TO ONE TUITION

    £50 per hour (minimum 2 hour lesson, 3 hours usually recommended) - this includes all ingredients. (Travel costs may be charged in addition if the lesson is to be held outside a 10 mile radius from Alresford.)
