5-7 yrs WINTER/SPRING DAY/EVENING CLASS COURSES These are five week courses. Classes are held in central Winchester over five consecutive Wednesdays. These courses are designed to cover a broad range of skills and focus on recipes that are suitable for informal, easy entertaining and simple-to-prepare suppers. Each person will cook three recipes each class. All you need to bring is an apron and lots of containers in which to transport your creations home. Everything else will be provided. Evening Class Course Weds, 14th January to 11th February, 6pm-8.30pm and Weds, 22nd April to 20th May, 6pm to 8.30pm
• Lebanese chicken with preserved lemons and bulghar wheat Five Week Skills Course (daytime) Weds, 25th February to 25th March, 10am-12.30pm The cost of each five week courses is £195 per person ONE TO ONE TUITION £50 per hour (minimum 2 hour lesson, 3 hours usually recommended) - this includes all ingredients.
(Travel costs may be charged in addition if the lesson is to be held outside a 10 mile radius from Alresford.) |
