These courses are designed to cover a broad range of skills and focus on recipes that are suitable for informal, easy entertaining and simple-to-prepare suppers. Each person will cook three recipes each class. All you need to bring is an apron and lots of containers in which to transport your creations home. Everything else will be provided.
