We offer no nonsense practical cookery courses to expand and refresh your culinary repertoire.

Achievable and stylish recipes, teachers who give gentle, informed, down-to-earth guidance (no celebrity chefs allowed), all ingredients and equipment are provided so all you need to do is turn up.

We don't hold our courses in a glamorous country house location which is why we can keep our prices lower and you can learn more for your money. We are very happy to bring cook to your home should you wish to have one-to-one tuition or a cookery party with your friends in the comfort of your own surroundings.

We are passionate about good food and wine, and are continuing to build up knowledge of local producers and suppliers so that we can encourage people to enjoy the amazing array of products available in Hampshire and surrounding counties.

We are also committed to the use of biodegradable disposables and recycling, so that our business does not contribute to environmental degradation.

Our teachers are fully qualified cooks with a great deal of restaurant and catering experience. We get a lot of pleasure from seeing people learn and acquire new skills that they will continue to use every day.

We want to enthuse everyone to cook more, to show that it takes no time at all to put together a delicious meal which not only costs you less money, but is also much healthier than a takeaway or 'ready meal' and avoids these over-packaged foods.
